Clubs and Constitution Committee
The Clubs & Constitution Committee is chaired by the
Vice President - Administration and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of clubs including club meetings, budgets and constitutions.
The Clubs & Constitution Committee is also charged with
making continual amendments to the Constitution & Bylaws for the benefit of the graduate student body.
The Clubs & Constitution Committee is allowed to freeze
Club budgets to enforce the Constitution & Bylaws and is also given the authority to place Clubs on and remove Clubs from probationary status.
It is recommended that the Clubs & Constitution Committee
meet twice a month, but the exact scheduling and frequency of meetings is determined by the Chair.
