I am delighted to report to you that this has been an exceptionally well received GSA election with the highest student participation ever recorded. A total of 760 graduate NJIT students voted for their candidates at one or more of the six positions open for voting.

The winning candidates who will constitute the new Executive Board of GSA for 2012-13 are:

President: Kashif Qazi (171 votes out of 229)
Vice President - Administration: Zhe He (312 votes out of 566)
Vice President - Public Relations: Kai Huang (357 votes out of 486)
Treasurer: Viswa Chaithanya Penubolu (259 votes out of 484)
Secretary: Han Jia (226 votes out of 639)
Technology Officer: Rahul Yadav Baddula (240 votes out of 306)

I wish all the success to the new executive board and hope that they will continue on all the good work we tried to do. The passing e-board will be available in best possible capacity should you need any assistance.

It is time for a new GSA E-Board to take over the management of GSA.

GSA will be hosting representative elections on NJIT Moodle System.

Voting will be open from 9:00 AM Apr 2 until 5:00 PM Apr 6.

Process to Vote:

Please log on to http://moodle.njit.edu/ with your UCID login and password to cast your vote.
After you log in, look for the course "gsa-eboard-election" under the "GSA" folder of the "My Courses" block (this will be to the left of the page).
After clicking on this course you will see the candidates listed first by post and then alphabetically with their bios and/or pics.
Follow the "?Click here to Vote for..." link to cast your vote.

Please note that there are six posts for which you have to cast your vote.
Each "?Click here to Vote for..." link immediately follows the bios and/pics of all the candidates for that particular post.
