Tickets will be given out on "first come (register), first serve" basis.
Limited number of seats are available for guests and alumni.
Only current graduate students may register for a guest.
Please be advised that the tickets are Non-Transferable. Your information will be provided to the airline and any last minute changes are subject to cancellation fees.

$150($250 for guests) deposit due on Feb 1st to confirm and hold registration and is non-refundable. Rest of the amount is due on Feb 28th which is again non-refundable.
